Hotline Manager Vanessa Iles was also in Brisbane last month for a presentation at the fantastic CCA Conference. As usual, the conference was outstanding in bringing together really stimulating ideas and people from the adult learning and community capability worlds. Vanessa was also thrilled to be again part of the judging panel for the CCA Student of the Year award, won this year by Carmel Kentwell.
